with my new found faith, ive realized the importance in not only sharing the word but  some of you may have followed for actual inspiration and motivation. Throughout every step of my way you have supported me and what ive learned or been able to teach you. I used to really recommend self help books and many other methods of bringing you out of a hole physically and mentally. Per my testimony I can truly tell you sometimes no matter the motivation you get from quotes or as many facts you know about habits and becoming your best self, sometimes you just confront a problem that not only throws you down but it also doesn't let you back up. Well learning to follow Jesus is the new arch I found myself in this past season, and to keep it short and leave the document to explain the word of God has become my favorite self help book because its something that is always going to have some advice on growing even as you grow. This program isn't as helpful as the bible but serves as some encouragement that even I the person who achieved so much can be humbled by life, and turn to a greater source of inspiration. It has changed my life and gave me a greater purpose. This program is just to promote a lil more Jesus in your life as you also work on your mental and physical. Includes a workout program and a meal plan, which I now be releasing some monthly.
